Prize Draw Entry Terms
and Conditions
Terms and conditions apply:
1) Offer open to UK residents only, excluding the employees of West Drayton &
Yiewsley Dental (WYD).
2) The promoters are WYD, 2 Providence Rd, Yiewsley, UB7 8HJ.
3) One winner will be picked at random at the start of each quarter by the Practice
Manager or alternatively appointed person and their decision is final, no
correspondence will be entered into.
4) Entries will be taken from reviews left against the practice Google listing, for the
previous quarter. Reviews must be left no later than the last day of the quarter by
midnight to be entered.
5) The winner will be contacted within 5 working days of the closing date and time.
6) Should the winner not respond within 2 weeks, the prize will be forfeited.
7) The prize will need to be collected within 14 days from the practice. If the prize is
a discount on treatment, the discount will be valid for 3 months from the date of the
prize draw, after which it will be forfeited. If the prize is a free treatment, such as
tooth whitening the prize will need to be accepted and completed within 3 months of
the prize draw, or it will be forfeited.
8) Reviews that appear against the practice listing after the closing date/time for the
previous quarter will be entered into the next draw.
9) All prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
10) In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable WYD
reserve the right to substitute an alternative prize.
11) WYD do not take responsibly for the prize product or contents if
supplied or manufactured by an alternative party.
12) By entering the competition, you agree that WYD may store,
process and use the personal information so supplied for the purpose of
administering this competition.
13) A quarter is defined as:
•
January, February, and March (Q1)
•
April, May, and June (Q2)
•
July, August, and September (Q3)
•
October, November, and December (Q4)
